Simple, proven, pesticide-free
Each strip is coated edge-to-edge with our Complete-Stick Formula — a maximum-adhesion glue with a light scent that draws in flies, gnats, moths, and other flying insects. When they land, they stay. There are no chemical pesticides, no zapping, and no sprays — just a strip that quietly does its job for weeks.

Ready in under a minute
Warm the tube
If the strip is cold, hold the tube in your hands for 30 seconds — the ribbon pulls out more smoothly at room temperature.
Pull the cord slowly
Remove the cap and pull the red cord straight down with a slow, steady motion to expose the sticky ribbon. Don't yank.
Hang it up
Use an included thumbtack to pin the loop to a ceiling, beam, or window frame. The tube stays on the bottom as a weight.
Replace when full
When the strip is covered or after 2–3 months, take it down, seal it in a bag, and toss it in the trash. Hang a fresh one.
Location is everything
DO
- ✓Hang near windows, doors, and light sources — flies gather where light comes in
- ✓Place near trash cans, fruit bowls, drains, and pet areas
- ✓Hang at least 6 ft high, away from walking paths and hair height
- ✓Use several strips spaced around the room for heavy activity
DON'T
- ✕Don't hang directly over food-prep surfaces or stoves
- ✕Don't place in strong drafts — fans and vents keep flies away from the strip
- ✕Don't let the strip touch walls, curtains, or furniture — the glue is strong
- ✕Don't place within reach of children or pets
A timeline, not an instant fix
You should see the first catches within hours in active areas. Low catch on day one usually means placement, not the product — try moving it closer to where flies gather.
Steady accumulation as the strip intercepts the local population. Indoor fly problems typically drop noticeably as breeding adults are removed.
The strip keeps working until it's covered or dusty. Replace every 2–3 months indoors, sooner outdoors or when full.
Common issues, quick fixes
The ribbon tore while I was pulling it out
This almost always happens when the strip is cold. Warm the tube in your hands for 30–60 seconds, then pull slowly and steadily. If a strip tears anyway, contact us — we'll replace it.
It's not catching many flies
Move it. Placement drives 90% of performance — hang the strip where flies already gather (windows, trash, fruit, pet food) and out of drafts. Give a new location 24 hours before judging.
The glue got on my skin, hair, or furniture
No solvents needed — rub the area with cooking or vegetable oil, let it sit a minute, then wipe away and wash with mild soap and warm water. For fabric, work oil in gently before laundering.
The strip dried out or stopped being sticky
Heavy dust, kitchen grease, or direct sun can reduce tack over time. Replace the strip — and if a fresh strip from your pack isn't sticky out of the tube, let us know and we'll make it right.
Missing thumbtacks or damaged tubes in my pack

What insects do Fly Strips catch?
House flies, fruit flies, gnats, moths, and most small flying insects.
Are they safe around kids and pets?
The glue contains no chemical pesticides. Still, hang strips well out of reach — the adhesive is very strong and unpleasant to touch.
Can I use them outdoors?
Yes — patios, garages, barns, and stables. Keep out of rain and direct sun for the longest life, and expect to replace outdoor strips more often.
How long does one strip last?
Up to 2–3 months indoors, or until the surface is full. Unopened tubes stay fresh for years in a cool, dry place.
