Extermanix products catch pests without poisons or chemical pesticides. The adhesive is very strong, though, so always place products out of reach — hang fly strips at least 6 feet high and use the covered box fold for glue traps in shared spaces. If glue contacts skin or fur, it removes easily with cooking oil and mild soap.

Apply cooking or vegetable oil to the glue, let it sit for a minute or two, then wipe away and wash with mild soap and warm water. For fabric, work oil in gently before laundering. For pets, work oil through the fur and follow with pet shampoo — call your vet if irritation persists.

Contact us with your order number and a quick description — email support@extermanix.com or use the support request form. We'll ship a replacement right away; in most cases you won't need to return anything.

Usually it's placement, not the product — pests need to travel past the trap. Check the placement tips on your product's support page first; a better spot typically fixes it within a day or two. If a product is genuinely not sticky or not working out of the package, we'll replace or refund it.

Tell us what went wrong via the contact form, email, or phone. If the product fell short of our standards, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever makes it right for you. There's no time limit on doing the right thing, and no return shipping hassle in most cases.

Seal the used strip or board in a plastic bag and place it in your household trash. Wash your hands afterward. Used thumbtacks should be wrapped before disposal.

Yes. Fly strips work on patios, in garages, barns, and stables — keep them out of rain and direct sun for the longest life. Glue traps should stay in dry, covered areas since moisture weakens the adhesive.
